The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales or business development experience, 3+ years of team management experience, and a Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior leadership skills, and achievement-driven personality are essential for this role. You should be proficient in Italian and fluent in English, with Spanish being a plus. Experience using a CRM tool like Dynamics or Salesforce is also highly valued.
