As a Launch Specialist at INSUD PHARMA, you will be the bridge between development and industrialization, ensuring every new product is ready for its first commercial production. Your mission will be to coordinate all key functions to guarantee successful launches, meeting the highest standards of quality, cost, and service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain launch plans for new products, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and timelines are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, QC, Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, etc.) for timely execution of launch activities. Lead follow-up meetings, facilitating communication and alignment among all stakeholders. Serve as the operational point of contact for internal and external clients for assigned launches. Proactively identify risks, constraints, or deviations, and propose mitigation plans. Manage documentation, progress reports, and ensure data accuracy in the launch database. Prioritize and sequence activities to maximize speed, service level, and business value. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of launch processes. The challenge! Coordinate and oversee the execution of multiple launch projects simultaneously. Ensure delivery ON TIME, IN FULL, AT THE RIGHT COST, and with the HIGHEST QUALITY. Drive collaboration between departments and operational excellence. What do you need? University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or similar. 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or regulated sectors. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. Solid knowledge of technology transfer processes, quality assurance, and supply chain. High level of English (minimum B2); other languages are a plus. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.). Outstanding communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Our benefits!
