Reception Caddy Master Greenlife Golf Club: Job description: · supports the smooth and effective day to day running of all golfing activities · consistently focus on delivering an exceptional experience. Assist in leading the proshop and outside golf operations to ensure high team morale and an elevated level of customer service · Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests of Golf Club · Maintains accurate records of golf & hotel bookings and sales as long as special guests requirements · Provides assistance to any customers renting golf courses · Performs opening and/or closing duties as required. · Clear communication with the outside operations team ensuring they are aware of the days play and any special requirements or areas to focus on · Display excellent customer service to initiate a positive atmosphere for guest relations · Prepare necessary and relevant reports required · Establish guidelines for golf operations; expectations and parameters · Oversee the golf shop retail operation, reviewing purchased products, managing inventory levels and promotions · Liaise with suppliers ensuring good value for money, approves and oversees orders, supplies associated with golf activities · Manage the golf operations policies, procedures, controls and fee structures to ensure the safekeeping of assets and resources · Conduct necessary performance appraisals with relevant golf team staff · Willing to perform other duties as assigned or required by the managemen · Manage golf related systems to ensure best possible client journey · Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the management and collegues · Display excellent customer service to initiate a positive atmosphere for guest relations · Assist in administering all of sales application revisions and needs as it applies to green fee sales, merchandise sales, and member/guest billing. · Promotes all club golf activities. · Assist with maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-stocked golf shop. · Assist with maintaining proper records and billing of storage · Follows established opening and closing procedures. · Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. · Performs other duties as required. · Regular and reliable attendance. Knowledge, Skills, & Traits: · Must be motivated to thrive in the golf industry · Experienced in written and oral business communication · Experienced in computer user including Microsoft Word, Excel. Proficient in other applications, i.e., email, internet, and database · Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills · Self-motivated with desire to promote and market · Service and customer focused attitude · Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community · A team player who, together with the rest of the Caddie Masters, will be the executor of the quality standards set. · Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills · Be capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines · Possess good customer service skills, be friendly and personable · Self-motivated with the desire to promote and market · Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both Spanish and English. Additional languages would be an advantage · Strong leadership and strategic planning experience · Experience of working within an established team · Highly responsible and organised person with availability to work weekends and flexible hours. · A very proactive and helpful person, with good public relations skills. · You can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary Company information and sensitive employee matters, except as expressly authorized by the Company. · You always perform at the highest level of ethical work standards. You are comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. · Customer service experience and Golf Knowledge.
