We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team in the heart of Benidorm. If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences and have a natural talent for exceptional hospitality, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for to develop your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and a desire to return. Your key responsibilities will include efficiently managing orders and billing through our POS system, ensuring accuracy and speed in every transaction. You should have a strong knowledge of the menu, being able to advise guests on dishes, wines, and food pairings while tailoring recommendations to their individual preferences. You will act as an ambassador for our brand, following a rigorous service protocol that guarantees maximum customer satisfaction at every point of contact, from welcome to farewell. It is also essential that you strictly adhere to food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all customers and colleagues. A high level of spoken and written English is essential for this role, as the majority of our customers are international visitors. Candidates must be confident communicating fluently in English, taking orders accurately, explaining menu items, answering customer queries, and providing exceptional service to guests from a variety of backgrounds. Additional languages are an advantage but are not required. This role requires excellent teamwork skills. You will work closely with the kitchen, restaurant floor, and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and seamless operations, particularly during busy periods. Your outstanding customer service skills will be your main tool, allowing you to anticipate needs, answer questions, and handle any issues with effective communication and a consistently positive and empathetic attitude. The ability to work under pressure will be crucial in maintaining calmness, professionalism, and efficiency, even in demanding situations, ensuring that every customer receives first-class service regardless of the time of day. This position requires flexibility in working hours, and successful candidates will be expected to work a mixture of daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the needs of the business. The ability to adapt to different shift patterns while maintaining high service standards is essential. Joining our team in Benidorm means becoming part of a welcoming and professional community in one of the most sought-after tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca. You will enjoy a stimulating work environment and the opportunity to live in a city that offers an enviable lifestyle, combining beaches, sunshine, and a vibrant social scene. If you are looking for a position where your talent is valued, where you have opportunities for growth, and where you can enjoy an exceptional environment while pursuing your passion for hospitality, we would love to meet you and have you become part of our success story.

Chef Wanted. New Amigos Restaurant Opening in Benidorm's Old Town Over the years Amigos Restaurant & Roof Terrace has established itself as the go-to restaurant in Benidorm for special occasions, rated 4.8 out of 5 with over 2,500 five-star TripAdvisor reviews - 9 out of 10 reviewers give us full marks. We're now opening a new site, Amigos Restaurant & Al Fresco Dining, and we're looking for a full-time chef to cook there. We're not a high-volume operation and we're not trying to be. The focus is food quality and great service, plates that go out right every time, to customers who come back. If your idea of a good service is covers-per-hour, this isn't the kitchen for you. If it's quality that matters to you - then get in touch. Hours that suit a life: full-time, evenings only. No split shifts. No early starts, no daytime prep marathons. Your mornings are genuinely your own. In a resort where most kitchen jobs eat your entire day, this one doesn't. Straight about the role: you'll be cooking our existing menu to our standards to begin with. Once you've proved yourself and we're confident in each other, that changes. You'll take on real ownership of how the kitchen runs, and your input on the menu will genuinely count. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise you a free hand on day one and take it back in week two. What we offer: • Refurbished, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with proper room to work, • Evenings only, no split shifts, mornings free, • A hands-on role working alongside a starter chef, with no rotas or staffing to manage, • A clear path to running the kitchen your way, and to menu input, once you've earned it, • An established name and a reputation already built, rather than a standing start, • Competitive salary, plus bonuses, tips, contract and holidays, • Relaxed al fresco dining concept, food-focused, no entertainment. What we're looking for: • Previous experience as a chef or cook in a similar role, • Happy to be at the stove throughout service rather than supervising, • Consistency, quality and presentation that hold up on busy nights, • Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told, • Clean, organised kitchen discipline and full food hygiene compliance, • Strong communication, English speaking, • Evening and weekend availability, • All applicable paperwork in place (NIE, social security, etc.), • Two contactable references from previous employers Salary discussed at interview. That 9 out of 10 wasn't luck. It's what happens when the person at the stove cares about every plate. If that's how you cook, we'd like to hear from you. Send your CV, two contactable references, and a short note about the kind of kitchen you want to work in.
