ppWe are seeking a highly organized and analytically driven HR professional to support the Central Europe HR Leadership Team as a strategic coordination and execution partner. Based in Santander or Valladolid, Spain, this role combines project management, executive coordination, talent intelligence, and stakeholder engagement across multiple Central European markets. The role is key to driving regional HR initiatives, supporting talent acquisition market intelligence, ensuring alignment across HR Centres of Excellence, and delivering strong operational performance. /p h3HR Project Coordination Executive Support /h3 ul liPartner closely with the Central Europe HR Leadership Team to coordinate and drive regional HR initiatives and strategic priorities. /li liTrack project milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple countries and stakeholders. /li liOrganise regional leadership meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and manage action tracking and follow‑up. /li liMaintain project dashboards and reporting in collaboration with HR data and operations teams. /li liAct as a liaison between regional HR teams and global HR Centres of Excellence, including Mobility, Compensation Benefits, Learning Development, and HR Systems. /li liEnsure alignment with global HR policies and support consistent implementation across the region. /li liDrive accountability and momentum across projects through proactive stakeholder engagement. /li /ul h3Talent Intelligence Market Research /h3 ul liConduct talent market mapping and competitive intelligence across Central Europe. /li liSupport the Head of Talent Acquisition with insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, talent availability, and competitor activity. /li liBuild and maintain talent pipelines and market intelligence databases for critical and future‑focused roles, with extensive LinkedIn Recruiter experience. /li liAnalyse recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience. /li liProduce talent landscape reports and data‑driven insights to support workforce planning and hiring strategy. /li /ul h3Communication Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liCreate high‑quality presentations and communication materials using PowerPoint, Canva, Mural, or similar tools. /li liTranslate complex data and HR insights into clear, engaging, and actionable narratives for leadership audiences. /li liBuild strong working relationships with regional HR leaders, HR CoEs, and operational stakeholders across Europe. /li liSupport communication and implementation of regional and global HR initiatives. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li5+ years of HR experience within multinational or multi‑country environments. /li liStrong background in project coordination, stakeholder management, and operational delivery. /li liExposure to talent acquisition, talent intelligence, or HR analytics is highly desirable. /li liExperience working with HR shared services, CoEs, or global HR operating models preferred. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced Excel and strong data management capabilities. /li liExcellent presentation and storytelling skills using PowerPoint, Canva, Mural, or similar platforms. /li liExperience with HRIS and ATS systems (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar). /li liStrong organisational and reporting capabilities with high attention to detail. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liExcellent project management and prioritisation skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving mindset. /li liConfident stakeholder management with the ability to influence and drive accountability. /li liExceptional communication skills in English (required). /li liAdditional European languages are advantageous. /li liProactive, adaptable, and delivery‑focused approach. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledge of Central European employment markets and HR practices. /li liExperience with HR analytics or talent intelligence tools. /li liFamiliarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualisation tools. /li liPrevious experience supporting regional leadership teams or executive‑level stakeholders. /li /ul h3Location Working Environment /h3 ul liLocation: Santander or Valladolid, Spain. /li liHybrid working model with regional collaboration across Central Europe. /li liFast‑paced international environment supporting ambitious regional growth plans. /li /ul pThis opportunity is ideal for a proactive and highly organized HR professional who enjoys working across multiple projects, engaging with senior stakeholders, and combining strategic thinking with operational execution in a dynamic international environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
