Responsabilidades Principales · Incrementar las ventas de la cartera de productos de Accesos Vasculares en la zona asignada, identificando nuevas oportunidades y en línea con las estrategias y normativas establecidas por la Unidad de Negocio y la empresa. · Identificar a los interlocutores clave involucrados en la utilización y compra de los productos, valorando su capacidad de influencia y poder de decisión. Tanto los que pueden ayudar/apoyar el uso y compra de nuestros productos como aquellos que lo pueden bloquear o ralentizar. · Averiguar cuáles son los productos y técnicas utilizadas por los clientes. Entender su dinámica de trabajo, sus motivaciones, el funcionamiento de su departamento y los procedimientos que siguen para poder detectar posibles necesidades. · Averiguar y entender el funcionamiento del hospital o institución en cuanto a los procesos de compra. · Construir y mantener relaciones profesionales de calidad con los diferentes interlocutores del hospital: usuarios, jefes de servicio, líderes de opinión, departamentos de compra. · Estar al tanto de las acciones y estrategias de la competencia en el territorio asignado. · Conocer en profundidad las características y beneficios de nuestros productos, su utilización y el entorno clínico en el cual se utilizan. Actualizar de forma continuada estos conocimientos a través de formaciones internas, módulos online, estudio individual, estudios clínicos y experiencia práctica. · Transmitir a los clientes el valor de nuestra propuesta según sus necesidades específicas, resaltando la calidad y beneficios de los productos, el valor de nuestro servicio y enfoque clínico. · Realizar demostraciones y presentaciones de producto en el entorno del cliente. · Gestión del proceso de compra y seguimiento: preparación de ofertas, gestión de stock, propuesta de alternativas, gestión de precios, preparación de concursos, colaboración con el departamento de atención al cliente etc. · Apoyo postventa a los clientes para asegurarse de que el producto se utiliza correctamente, que el cliente está satisfecho y que se retiene el negocio. · Colaboración y coordinación con el departamento de marketing y el departamento clínico. · Participación en congresos, talleres y eventos nacionales y/o regionales para promocionar la cartera de productos de Accesos Vasculares y reforzar las relaciones con líderes de opinión. · Elaborar una estrategia de ventas para la zona asignada, basada en objetivos y acciones. Establecer prioridades basadas en potencial de negocio y posibilidades de éxito de cara a cumplir con el objetivo anual de ventas. Actualización de base de datos CRM (oportunidades, potencial, fecha cierre, acciones). · Cumplir con las tareas administrativas e informes en tiempo y forma: Informes de venta, presupuestos, concursos, etc. · Cumplir con la regulación/legislación local y los procedimientos y políticas generales de la empresa. Requisitos: Experiencia, Conocimientos y Habilidades · 10 años de experiencia mínima como representante comercial de dispositivos médicos para las especialidades requeridas y preferentemente en multinacional del sector. · Capacidad demostrada para construir relaciones estratégicas e influir en los tomadores de decisiones en entornos complejos. · Historial de éxito en ventas y desarrollo de negocios en el ámbito de los dispositivos médicos. · Conocimiento y experiencia en Sistema Sanitario/Sistema de Compras de la zona asignada. · Relación previa con interlocutores clave (usuarios y departamentos de compra) de la zona asignada. · Buen nivel de comunicación (escrita y verbal) con capacidad para realizar presentaciones en público. · Habilidad de estructurar y planificar tareas de forma ordenada y autónoma; estableciendo prioridades con un enfoque claro hacia los resultados. · Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y colaboradora.
