Mision Lead the definition, design, and implementation of Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions within the organization, driving the digital transformation of transport and logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and alignment with business strategy. Functions and Responsibilities This role is key to driving operational efficiency through transportation digitalization, directly contributing to cost reduction, service improvement, and business sustainability. Reporting to the Digital Transformation Director and working closely with logistics, transportation, operations, and management teams, the role will be responsible for the following, among other duties: • Lead transformation projects related to TMS, from scope definition to implementation and stabilization., • Analyze and redesign IT processes for transport and logistics, identifying opportunities for improvement and digitalization., • Evaluate, select, and implement TMS technology solutions adapted to business needs., • Manage end-to-end projects: planning, milestone tracking, risk control, budget management, and reporting., • Coordinate key stakeholders (IT, Operations, Logistics, Business, and external vendors)., • Ensure proper integration of the TMS with other systems (ERP, WMS, planning tools, etc.)., • Define and monitor transportation KPIs (costs, service level, operational efficiency, sustainability)., • Drive process standardization across countries and business units., • Lead change management, including communication, training, and user adoption. Qualifications • Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field., • +5 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects, preferably in logistics/transportation or supply chain environments., • Proven experience in the implementation or enhancement of TMS tools., • Experience in digitalization and process transformation projects., • English (written and spoken): C1 level Desirable • Experience in management roles within consulting firms or in the logistics and transportation sector., • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)., • Postgraduate education (MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Digital Transformation)., • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
