Your experience with Shine and Cegid should feel simple, transparent and genuinely supportive.br/If this sounds like somewhere you want to grow, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3Regulatory Analyst – Payroll /h3 pFunctional reporting line: Head of Product /p h3About the role /h3 pWe are looking for a Regulatory Analyst specialized in labour legislation and payroll to join our Payroll team. /p pYou will be the subject matter expert responsible for identifying, interpreting and translating regulatory changes into clear and actionable product requirements. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Quality and Customer Support to ensure that our payroll software remains compliant with Spanish legislation and is prepared well in advance for upcoming legal changes. /p pThis is not purely a legal role. We are looking for someone who can connect labour regulation, payroll operations and digital product development. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liContinuously monitor changes in labour legislation, Social Security, payroll taxes, contributions, collective agreements, employment contracts, benefits, leave, sick leave and related payroll regulation. /li liAnalyse the impact of regulatory changes on existing product modules, calculations, forms, reports and processes. /li liIdentify effective dates, transition periods, administrative deadlines and compliance risks. /li liTranslate legal and regulatory requirements into clear functional requirements for Product, Engineering and Quality teams. /li liDefine business rules, payroll scenarios, calculation examples and testable acceptance criteria. /li liMaintain an up-to-date regulatory calendar and share it with Product to support roadmap and planning decisions. /li liValidate implemented changes from a functional and regulatory compliance perspective before release. /li liMaintain traceability between legal requirements and their implementation in the product. /li liCollaborate with QA on regulatory test scenarios, expected outcomes and validation data. /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liAct as the internal point of reference for regulatory questions from Product, Engineering, Customer Support and other stakeholders. /li liDeliver regular internal training sessions on relevant legislative changes and their product impact. /li liCoordinate consultations with external labour law advisors when required. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Labour Relations, Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Payroll Management or a related field. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in Spanish labour law, payroll, Social Security, employment administration or labour advisory services. /li liStrong knowledge of payroll calculations, Social Security contributions, personal income tax withholding, contracts, absences, benefits and employment obligations. /li liExperience working with payroll software, HR software, professional firms, labour advisory services or similar environments. /li liAbility to interpret regulation and translate it into operational rules and functional product requirements. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. /li liStrong organisational skills and ability to manage several regulatory changes and deadlines in parallel. /li liProfessional working level of English. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in SaaS, ERP, HRTech or payroll software products. /li liKnowledge of collective agreements and complex employment scenarios. /li liExperience working with Product, Engineering or Quality Assurance teams. /li liExperience defining functional test cases or acceptance criteria. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pWe follow the principle of equal treatment to consider all job applicants and do not discriminate based on their gender, sexual orientation, color, racial or ethnic origin, religion, disability, etc. as per applicable law. /p h3Our recruitment process /h3 p1.
