At NTT DATA we are currently looking for an Exchange Sys Admin & MS Azure & Azure IAM to join our International Organisations team, to work for a European Public Agency within a dynamic environment that promotes professional growth. Responsibilities Responsible for IT Infrastructure (IS) services for client-based environments, working closely with clients , vendors , and cross-functional teams to deliver projects and ongoing operational activities. Strong focus on Directory Services Administration across Azure AD / Entra ID and AWS , including user and group management , role-based access control (RBAC) , MFA , conditional access policies , self-service password reset (SSPR) , and identity governance (access reviews, entitlement management). Application Access Management : registration and administration of enterprise applications , assignment of users and groups, configuration of Single Sign-On (SSO) , and enforcement of security and compliance policies . Monitoring and Reporting using Azure AD logs and reports to track sign-ins, audit changes, detect anomalies, and generate insights on user activity , access patterns , and security incidents , ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements . End-to-end Exchange Online Management , including mailbox lifecycle management , shared and resource mailboxes , distribution groups , mailbox permissions , mail flow and routing , connectors , and hybrid configurations with Azure AD Connect . Implementation and management of email security and compliance features such as anti-spam , anti-malware , DLP , encryption , retention policies , litigation holds , and support for eDiscovery and compliance investigations. Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Exchange Online, enforcing ActiveSync policies , remote wipe capabilities, and monitoring service health via the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center . Operational responsibility for incident , problem , service request , and change management (RFCs) , aligned with defined SQIs , including user support for mail access , calendar sharing , mail delivery issues , and mailbox recovery . Active contribution to CMDB maintenance , promotion of automation and DevOps initiatives , and collaboration with development, operations, architects, and security teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable cloud solutions . Requirements 6+ years of Azure experience Solid Azure Cloud Administration skills IT-related degree Ability to drive secure cloud integration , process optimization , and adoption of innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
