About the role As Senior Talent Acquisition Lead , you’ll own and scale Ultralytics’ end-to-end hiring engine across London and Madrid — from proactive sourcing to closing — while building the systems, team, and standards required to take a Series A/B startup from 10 → 100 employees . You’ll lead hiring as a business function: setting recruiting OKRs , partnering with leadership on headcount planning, and using data to improve funnel performance, speed, and quality. You’ll also be accountable for a world-class candidate experience that reflects our product bar and culture. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in intensity, builds durable pipelines, and can earn trust with founders and hiring managers through rigor, pace, and excellent references. Strategy & execution Own hiring plans and quarterly TA OKRs aligned to company growth and team priorities. Build scalable sourcing programs across Engineering, Product, Research, and GTM roles. Run structured interview processes and hiring manager enablement that raise the quality bar. Drive ATS excellence in Ashby and enforce clean, decision-ready recruiting workflows. Partner with People Ops to ensure seamless offer, onboarding, and lifecycle processes in Rippling . Cross-functional collaboration Work closely with leaders to translate org design and roadmap needs into role strategy. Partner with team leads to calibrate leveling, scorecards, and interview training. Align recruiting messaging with our brand, product, and community presence in the Ultralytics Community . Representation & leadership Lead and develop a high-output recruiting team (not just participate) as we scale. Represent Ultralytics externally through targeted outreach, events, and talent networks. Maintain an always-on pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing tools. Skills and experience Core requirements 7+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven Series A/B scaling impact (10→100+ headcount). Demonstrated experience leading hiring teams and operating with clear OKRs and accountability. Deep expertise in sourcing, closing, and compensation planning in competitive EU talent markets. Strong ATS ownership (ideally Ashby ) and recruiting analytics (funnels, SLAs, QoH signals). Excellent stakeholder management with founders and technical hiring managers under tight timelines. Strong written communication and process design for consistent candidate experience. Nice to have Experience hiring for AI/ML, computer vision, and developer-first products (e.g., YOLO ). Familiarity with structured interviewing, scorecards, and bias-aware hiring practices. Experience building employer brand content tied to product and learning resources like Guides . Track record recruiting in open-source ecosystems and engaging communities like GitHub . Fluent Spanish and/or experience hiring across multiple European markets.
