Job Description Manage and oversee SPA & Wellness operations Ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently. Implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained. Develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa. Develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies. Work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions. Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques. Understands the impact of department operations on the overall financial goals and objectives of the property and manages to meet or exceed budgeted goals. Sets a positive example in customer relations. Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. Addresses customer problems and complaints. Motivates employees to provide excellent customer service. Emphasizes customer satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management Two years experience in a same role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team or 5 years as SPA Manager Advanced level of English and Spanish. Buscamos técnico/a de mantenimiento responsable y habilidoso para unirse a nuestro equipo en Jerez. Tus funciones serán: · Gestión de mantenimiento: Supervisar la reparación de averías, incidencias y mantenimiento preventivo en las instalaciones. · Eleboracion y ejecución del plan de mantenimiento preventivo de las instalaciones asignadas, en las especialidades de hidraulica, electricidad, iluminacion, PCI fundamentalmente y, adicionalmente en fontanería, saneamiento, albañilería y carpintería. · Realización de los trabajos de mantenimiento correctivos de aquellas instalaciones de las que sea responsable, con un nivel alto de complejidad en las áreas de hidraulica o electricidad. · Diagnosticar problemas, reemplazar o reparar piezas, probar y ajustar. · Realizar mantenimiento preventivo regular en máquinas, equipos e instalaciones de la planta. · Solucionar y diagnosticar problemas en controladores PLC y sistemas de automatización de procesos. · Capaz de leer e interpretar una amplia gama de esquemas eléctricos y dibujos de sistemas mecánicos · Identificación de necesidades adicionales y reporting de las mismas para ser abordadas. · Identificación de medidas de mejora de la calidad del servicio, la seguridad y el medio ambiente y cumplimiento de las políticas de PRL. · Gestiones administrativas propias del puesto: Realización de partes de horas de trabajo, registro de tareas y actividades realizadas, etc. Recepcion de materiales y/o maquinaria. · Dar partes y avisos de averia o mantenimiento a terceros. · Carnet de conducir Si eres la persona seleccionada, te encargarás de realizar el mantenimiento de instalaciones y control electronico de las instalaciones de depuracion de aguas, de electricidad y del resto de instalaciones, aplicando las técnicas y los procedimientos requeridos en cada caso, consiguiendo los criterios de calidad, en condiciones de seguridad y cumplimiento con los procedimientos.
