In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across game development, design, art, engineering, production, and publishing roles. You’ll be a strategic partner to hiring managers and play a key role in building teams that shape the future of our games. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles within the gaming industry (e.g. game artist, developers, producers). Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and create tailored sourcing and recruiting strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, events, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates. Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data with accuracy and ensure compliance with recruitment policies. Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, pipeline health). Stay up to date on industry trends and talent market developments in the gaming sector. Requirements Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2 - 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in the gaming industry. Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including roles, tools, and team structures. Proven experience sourcing and hiring for creative, technical, and production roles. Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for games and a strong grasp of gaming culture is a plus. The Role The Cook at Sandwich Club Barcelona is a vital part of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing menu items with precision, consistency, and care. Working closely with the Head Chef and the front-of-house team, the Cook ensures that every dish reflects the values and quality standards of S.C.B.®. This role involves upholding hygiene and safety protocols, contributing to menu development, and ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen service. Main Duties • Prepare and cook all menu items according to S.C.B.® standards and recipes., • Ensure consistent presentation and high quality in every dish., • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen at all times., • Rigorously follow all food hygiene and safety procedures., • Assist with daily mise en place and stock preparation., • Work in close coordination with the front-of-house team to deliver timely and seamless service., • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or ordering needs to the Head Chef., • Receive, check, and correctly store all deliveries., • Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and improvements to existing recipes., • Support the training and onboarding of new kitchen team members., • Maintain a professional, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
