    The Role The Cook at Sandwich Club Barcelona is a vital part of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing menu items with precision, consistency, and care. Working closely with the Head Chef and the front-of-house team, the Cook ensures that every dish reflects the values and quality standards of S.C.B.®. This role involves upholding hygiene and safety protocols, contributing to menu development, and ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen service. Main Duties • Prepare and cook all menu items according to S.C.B.® standards and recipes., • Ensure consistent presentation and high quality in every dish., • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen at all times., • Rigorously follow all food hygiene and safety procedures., • Assist with daily mise en place and stock preparation., • Work in close coordination with the front-of-house team to deliver timely and seamless service., • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or ordering needs to the Head Chef., • Receive, check, and correctly store all deliveries., • Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and improvements to existing recipes., • Support the training and onboarding of new kitchen team members., • Maintain a professional, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
