With a strong presence across Europe, we collaborate closely with distributors, system integrators, and large end customers, supporting complex security projects in regulated and high-demand environments. Your Mission We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong Pre-Sales and Solution Consulting focus to support our European growth. This role is key in designing security solutions, supporting the sales cycle, and ensuring that ZKTeco products are successfully positioned, validated, and deployed across multiple European markets. You will act as a technical bridge between Sales, Customers, Partners, for ensuring technical excellence and regulatory align Key Responsibilities • Actively support pre-sales activities across European markets, working alongside sales teams and partners., • Analyze customer needs and design end-to-end physical security solutions based on ZKTeco’s portfolio., • Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)., • Provide technical support for tenders, RFPs, and RFQs at European level., • Define integration architectures involving APIs, SDKs, and third-party platforms., • Coordinate with global development teams (China, India, USA, Spain) to ensure solution feasibility., • Support pilot projects and early-stage deployments, ensuring smooth transition to execution teams., • Contribute to technical documentation, R&D&I initiatives, and product feedback., • Travel within Europe as required to support customers and partners. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or project management within security or technology environments., • Solid knowledge of physical security systems (Access Control, Biometrics, Video Surveillance)., • Hands-on experience with system integrations (APIs, SDKs, OSDP, Wiegand, ONVIF, etc.)., • Familiarity with European cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR)., • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Fluent English (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus., • Experience working in international, multicultural environments., • Previous experience in Security Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering roles., • Knowledge of the European integrator and distributor ecosystem., • Background in enterprise, critical infrastructure, or regulated industries., • Experience working with channel partners.
