    ¿Cuál será tu misión? Como Auxiliar de Cocina , trabajarás en estrecho contacto con los cocineros y supervisores del departamento, apoyando en las tareas diarias de la cocina. Serás responsable principalmente de las labores de limpieza, lavado y orden, así como de pequeñas preparaciones básicas, contribuyendo al correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones y al cumplimiento de los estándares de higiene y calidad. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Realizar tareas de lavado de utensilios, menaje, maquinaria y áreas de cocina. Mantener la cocina limpia, ordenada y bien organizada en todo momento. Apoyar en pequeñas preparaciones básicas de alimentos (lavado, corte sencillo, preparación de ingredientes). Preparar y conservar ingredientes siguiendo las indicaciones del equipo de cocina. Colaborar en la mise en place básica para los diferentes servicios. Controlar el uso correcto de productos de limpieza y de los equipos asignados. Aplicar y respetar las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC). Apoyar al equipo de cocina durante los picos de trabajo. Utilizar y mantener correctamente las herramientas y equipos de cocina. Colaborar en la correcta gestión de residuos según los procedimientos establecidos. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia mínima de 6 meses desarrollando funciones similares, preferiblemente en un hotel de tamaño y complejidad similares. Título de bachillerato o formación profesional en hostelería/F&B/cocina. Imprescindible dominio del idioma local y muy valorable conocimientos de inglés. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. POSITION SUMMARY Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness.
