Roles and Responsibilities Inventory Management and Optimization Optimize stock levels ensuring the balance between availability and financial efficiency. Oversee demand control, Sales FCST, and order entry/output. Identify risks of overstock, stockouts, or slow-moving products, proposing action plans. Logistics Cost Control and Analysis Inbound Logistics: Analyze and optimize costs of maritime transport, DD, and inbound transportation. Evaluate efficiency opportunities in suppliers, routes, and transportation modes. Warehousing: Supervise and control storage costs, handling, and available capacity. Improve internal processes to increase productivity and reduce costs. Outbound Logistics: Control delivery costs, routes, and operational efficiency. Management of Logistics Operators (3PL) and Last Mile Responsible for operational and contractual monitoring of 3PLs, including warehousing, handling, inbound, outbound, and transportation. Define, negotiate, and periodically review SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards with operators. Manage and optimize last-mile services, ensuring efficiency, timely compliance, and delivery quality. Lead continuous performance evaluation of suppliers, proposing improvements in network, capabilities, routes, and E2E efficiency. Team Leadership and Coordination Lead, develop, and motivate Logistics Demand Planning teams. Foster a culture of analysis, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Job Summary This field-based role is responsible for managing sales development, account management, trade engagement and brand activation for a geographical territory in the UK. Ensuring the strategy for the territory is flawlessly executed and that performance is maximised through excellent communication, brand representation and follow up. Spending up to 4 days "on the road" to support and engage a portfolio of trade customers, this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a large number of stakeholders. Occasional evening and weekend working will be required. This role covers the South West and South Wales, therefore you must be located within the territory, ideally near Bristol or Cardiff.
