Company Car Driver with Client Support & Handyman Skills Oasis Premium Recovery 📍 Marbella / Costa del Sol 🕘 Full-time | Flexible schedule About Us Oasis Premium Recovery is a high-end wellness and recovery service providing discreet, personalized support for international clients recovering from burnout, addiction, and mental health challenges. We operate within a premium residential setting and work to the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and care. The Role We are seeking a Company Car Driver with Client Support & Handyman Skills to join our operations team. This is a trusted, hands-on position combining safe client transportation, day-to-day client support, and practical property maintenance across our residences. The ideal candidate is reliable, discreet, practical, and service-oriented, with strong driving skills and the ability to manage minor repairs and coordinate external contractors when needed. Key Responsibilities Client Transportation & Driving Duties -Medical, therapeutic, and wellness appointments -Pre-approved meetings and activities -Driven safely, calmly, and punctually • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times Client Support & Daily Assistance • Provide practical, non-clinical support to clients during their stay, • Assist with daily logistics and movements between properties and appointments, • Act as a calm, respectful, and supportive presence aligned with recovery principles Property & Facility Maintenance (Handyman Duties) • Conduct regular checks of residential properties to ensure safety and functionality -Furniture, fixtures, doors, locks, and fittings repairs -Basic carpentry and general handyman tasks • Identify issues early and report them to management Garden, Pool & Outdoor Area Supervision -Swimming pools, plunge pools, and outdoor baths -Terraces and outdoor furniture • Coordinate routine garden and pool maintenance, • Monitor cleanliness, water quality, and safety Coordination of External Contractors -Electricians -Pool specialists -Garden and landscaping companies • Act as on-site contact during works, • Ensure work is completed to company standards Supplies & Inventory -Pool and bath maintenance -Basic repair tools and materials • Monitor stock levels and report needs Requirements • Valid driving license and confident driving experience in Spain, • Experience in driving, handyman work, or property maintenance, • Practical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, • Responsible, reliable, and well-organized, • Calm, respectful, and discreet approach to clients, • Comfortable working in a wellbeing and recovery-focused environment What We Offer • Full-time role within a premium wellness organization, • Company vehicle provided during working hours, • Stable employment with varied and practical responsibilities, • Professional and respectful working environment, • Competitive salary based on experience
