Data-driven decision-making sits at the core of our business, and this role helps make that a reality on a day-to-day basis. Where the role fits As FP&A Analyst you'll be the hands-on analytical support behind our budgeting, forecasting, reporting and commercial reviews. You'll work closely with the Head of Online Finance and partner with stakeholders across product, marketing and operations — preparing the numbers, insights and reporting packs that inform weekly trading and monthly performance conversations. Your responsibilities Reporting & Analysis • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc trading and performance reports covering revenue, customer KPIs, margin and marketing spend, • Support the monthly management pack, board slides and commentary — including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast and prior year, • Own the day-to-day upkeep of finance dashboards and reporting templates; identify opportunities to automate and simplify, • Provide analytical support on weekly trading calls — pulling the numbers, spotting trends and flagging risks and opportunities Budgeting & Forecasting • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles — populating models, updating assumptions and pressure-testing outputs, • Help maintain and improve the budget model, keeping it aligned to the latest business objectives and performance, • Prepare supporting analysis and scenario modelling for stakeholder sign-off Business Partnering — Marketing • Provide day-to-day analytical support to the marketing team on customer acquisition, engagement and retention, • Track campaign performance against financial KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, payback) and share findings clearly with stakeholders, • Help build and stress-test business cases for marketing investment through scenario modelling and post-campaign reviews, • Support budgeting and forecasting for marketing spend Data & Systems • Help maintain the integrity and consistency of key finance metrics and KPIs across reporting, • Work alongside IT and data teams to feed in finance requirements and support UAT/testing on the data warehouse and reporting tools, • Contribute to a robust testing and validation framework to ensure data accuracy in finance outputs, • Promote good data-governance habits — consistent definitions, documented sources and clean reporting About you • Experience in an FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role — ideally within a consumer, digital, subscription or gaming business, • Comfortable turning large data sets into clear, simple insights that non-finance stakeholders can act on, • Confident building and maintaining reports, dashboards and slide decks that are accurate and easy to follow, • Curious, detail-oriented and unafraid to ask "why" when the numbers don't add up, • Able to work at pace, juggle several deliverables and meet tight month-end / trading deadlines, • A clear communicator who can build good working relationships across departments, • Comfortable in a small, flat structure with broad exposure Your knowledge & experience • Part-qualified accountant — ACCA, CIMA or ACA studier (finalist or reasonable papers completed). AAT-qualified xqbhyrx candidates actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA also considered, • Study support available for the right candidate, • Strong Excel — lookups, pivots, IF/SUMIFS, clear analytical workbooks, • Good PowerPoint — able to turn analysis into a clean, presentable slide, • Analytical mindset with the ability to work through large or messy data sets, • Exposure to a cube-based reporting tool (TM1, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion) or a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus, not a must, • Gaming / iGaming experience desirable but not essential — B2C, subscription, e-commerce or media FP&A backgrounds equally welcome, • Able to challenge and question numbers in a considered, professional way Other requirements • Hybrid working — at least 4 days a week in the office (Waterport Place, Gibraltar), • Right to work in Gibraltar, or willingness to relocate Why join • Broad, hands-on FP&A exposure from day one — not siloed, • Study support to help you finish your qualification, • Small, collaborative finance team where your work is visible, • Gibraltar lifestyle: sunshine, sea, and a genuine iGaming hub #J-18808-Ljbffr
