    Seleccionamos a un/a Contable para incorporarse de manera permanente e inmediata en un despacho de Abogados y Economistas en Marbella. La función principal del puesto es la de gestionar de manera integral la contabilidad de las empresas cliente mediante programa de gestión contable A3ASESOR y el asesoramiento y resolución de dudas e incidencias. Tareas: · Ciclo contable entero, Cierres anuales. · Gestión de la contabilidad de sociedades nacionales. Preparación de cuentas anuales · Sistemas de contabilidad analítica. · Conciliación de bancos Requisitos mínimos: · Estudios Universitarios de Grado de ADE, Económicas o Finanzas y Contabilidad. · Experiencia mínima de 4 años en asesoría / gestoría con programa de gestión A3 Contabilidad. (Imprescindible tener conocimientos del Plan Contable) · Nivel usuario de ofimática · Será un plus tener conocimientos del programa A3 ECO · También se valorará el inglés hablado, aunque no es imprescindible para el puesto. Competencias: · Capacidad para gestionar altas cargas de trabajo y la presión de fechas de entrega · Organización y planificación · Orientación al detalle y para la detección de errores · Facilidad para aprender Se ofrece: · Contrato Indefinido · Salario fijo + variable a concretar según conocimientos y experiencia aportada · Lugar de trabajo: Marbella · Modalidad de trabajo: oficina · Horario de lunes a jueves de 9 a 18h (1/2h comida) y viernes de 9h a 15h.     We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our extraordinary team! The General Manager is responsible for leading the successful operation, finances, and people management of the cafe, as well as ensuring health and safety standards and sales targets are met. This role is integral to maintaining and strengthening the brand reputation by ensuring the team consistently delivers gold standard customer service and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the operations of Rosas Café., • Recruit staff to enhance the Rosas Café atmosphere and deliver exceptional customer service., • Ensure all new starters receive comprehensive Rosas Café training as per:, • Induction Training Checklists (ITCs) prior to commencement., • Operational Training Checklists (OTCs) within one month of commencing employment and refreshers., • Leadership Training Checklists to be used for management team development., • Lead and mentor staff through induction and integration, ensuring they develop the skills required to serve customers safely and effectively, consistent with our brand values., • Manage the floor, including task allocation, to maximize experience and efficiency., • Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience., • Discipline staff as required in consultation with the Operations Manager, following correct procedures as per training guide., • Hold regular team meetings and create action plans to improve operations and sales., • Create annual sales and expense budgets and communicate with management., • Manage operations to minimize wastage, shrinkage, and loss., • Maximize cafe profitability by effectively managing stock levels, labor content, and costs while achieving budgeted sales and Gross Profit targets., • Complete and/or approve cafe rosters and achieve budgeted labor costs., • Prioritize all areas for cash control, such as daily cash variances and banking, and investigate any discrepancies thoroughly and quickly., • Complete month-end P&L statements and create action plans for improvements, communicating these with the management team., • Provide input on suggested product range, in collaboration with Rosas Café Head Office, based on customer feedback and sales opportunities., • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to Rosas Café recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards., • Responsible for ordering food products, ensuring all items are received in correct quantities and condition., • Manage stock to optimum levels and ensure stock rotation is in place., • Complete stocktakes of kitchen food and consumable items., • Ensure all standard recipes and waste control procedures are followed, including checking and maintaining proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points., • Ensure that all equipment is kept in excellent working condition and manage equipment maintenance accordingly., • Create a safe, secure, and healthy workplace environment by ensuring Back-of-House (BOH) procedures and the Rosas Café Food Safety program are followed.
