Purpose of the Role: The E-Commerce Content & Catalog Intern will support the day-to-day management of product catalogue, website content, and merchandising activities across Havaianas European e-commerce platforms. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, working closely with the Content & Catalog Specialist to ensure product information, assets, stock visibility, and website content are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Catalog & Product Content Support • Support the creation and maintenance of product information in Salesforce Commerce, • CloudAssist with product categorization, attributes, and taxonomy updats., • Upload and organize product images, lifestyle images, and digital assets., • Support product naming reviews and content quality checks., • Perform catalogue audits to identify and correct content inconsistencies, • Assist in validating translations across European markets. Website Content & Merchandising Support • Assist in the creation and scheduling of homepage and category page content., • Support seasonal launches, campaigns, and promotional updates., • Help ensure visual consistency across all European websites., • Perform QA checks before and after content launches. Stock & Operational Support • Support daily stock and product availability checks., • Assist in identifying catalogue or stock discrepancies., • Help monitor product visibility and availability online., • Support operational tasks related to store locator and Click & Collect setup. Reporting & Process Improvement • Prepare basic reports related to catalogue completeness and website content., • Support documentation of processes and best practices., • Assist with ad hoc projects related to e-commerce operations and customer experience. Requirements: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Interest in e-commerce, digital merchandising, and online retail., • Comfortable working with Excel and digital tools., • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn., • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Good communication skills and collaborative mindset., • Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
