Envu is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified in the U.S., France and India (June 2025 – June 2026) FUNCTION: Innovation LOCATION: Lyon, France, Hybrid JOB TYPE: Permanent JOB GRADE: 7 GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Develop and implement regulatory strategies to obtain and maintain products registration in region/ countries of responsibility Convey critical knowledge of assigned products/portfolio, current pesticide regulations to company management to alleviate or reduce regulatory impacts or costs for the countries and portfolio assigned YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: • At regional level Manage the regulatory aspects of registered products and facilitating favorable regulatory outcomes by taking a leadership role in formulating and implementing registration strategies and/or addressing product-specific issues raised by regulatory authorities, • Actively engage with Marketing teams to achieve desired business objectives, • Provide specific regulatory expertise and lead the preparation of regional regulatory dossiers with external consultants, • Act as Regulatory Affairs liaison with regulatory authorities and/or 3rd party companies for registration dossiers and defense strategies in the region and assigned country, • Represent the company on Industry activities of strategic importance with respect to regional regulatory trends and regulations, • Provide early warning to business and alert local regulatory trends, • Anticipate future developments/changes and develop appropriate regulatory strategies for the assigned products ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements: • Degree preferred in health, physical, natural sciences or agriculture, • Undergraduate plus 8+ years of experience, MS plus 6+ years of experience or PhD plus 2+ years of experience, • Has very broad knowledge of pesticide regulations and requirements, • Ability to work in a multi-functional environment, • Ability to manage complex situations and good problem-solving skills, • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), • Detail oriented, • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
