Mission The Regional HR Lead – Europe based in Lyon is responsible for leading and delivering all Human Resources activities across Dextra's European operations while acting as the primary HR partner to the Regional Director and business leadership team. The role combines operational excellence with business partnership, ensuring that Dextra's people strategy is effectively implemented throughout the region in close collaboration with the Group Human Resources Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Total Rewards, HRIS) based in Thailand. Initially focused on Europe, the position is expected to progressively expand its geographical scope to include the Americas, supporting the Regional Director in building a consistent and high-performing organization across both regions. Beyond day-to-day HR operations, the Regional HR Lead plays a key role in supporting the transformation of the region, including: • Supporting the integration of Linxion/Bartec Group and Cergil into Dextra's organizational model., • Building a consistent HR framework across multiple European legal entities., • Driving talent acquisition, employee development and organizational capability., • Ensuring payroll governance and employment law compliance across the region., • Supporting organizational growth and future expansion into the Americas., • Acting as the regional interface between the business and the Group HR organization. The role is executed in accordance with Dextra's values, policies and governance principles. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Business Partnership • Act as the Regional HR Lead and trusted advisor to managers across Europe., • Support business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and people-related decisions., • Provide guidance on employee lifecycle management including onboarding, performance management, promotions, mobility, succession planning and offboarding., • Foster employee engagement and reinforce Dextra's culture and values throughout the region., • Progressively support HR activities in the Americas as regional responsibilities expand. 1. Talent Acquisition Working closely with the Group Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence: • Coordinate recruitment activities across all European entities., • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and hiring priorities., • Participate in interviews and final candidate assessments for key positions., • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure an excellent employee experience., • Monitor recruitment KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives., • Ensure consistent implementation of Group recruitment standards across the region. 1. Learning & Organizational Development In partnership with the Group Learning & Development Center of Excellence: • Identify organizational capability and training needs., • Coordinate regional deployment of leadership and functional development programs., • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives., • Coordinate mandatory compliance and technical training., • Promote continuous learning and career development across the organization. 1. Payroll & HR Administration Act as the regional coordinator for payroll and personnel administration covering France, UK, Italy, Germany, and in the near future Poland and Israel. Responsibilities include: • Coordinate monthly payroll activities with external payroll providers., • Validate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing., • Supervise employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation., • Coordinate employee benefits administration., • Support annual salary review and compensation processes in coordination with the Group Total Rewards CoE., • Ensure HR data integrity and proper personnel administration across all entities. 1. Employment Law & Employee Relations • Serve as the first HR advisor on employment law matters., • Support managers in handling disciplinary matters, grievances and employee relations cases., • Coordinate with external legal counsel where appropriate., • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation across all countries under responsibility., • Minimize employment risks through sound HR practices and proactive advice., • Maintain alignment between local practices and Group HR policies. 1. HR Operations, Systems & Reporting • Maintain accurate employee data within the Group HRIS., • Produce regular HR dashboards and management reports., • Monitor key HR metrics including recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, training and workforce evolution., • Ensure GDPR compliance and data confidentiality., • Support the deployment of Group HR digitalization initiatives. 1. HR Projects & Regional Transformation • Lead the regional deployment of Group HR initiatives., • Act as the primary interface between Europe and the Group HR Centers of Excellence., • Support post-merger HR integration activities for Linxion/Bartec Group and Cergil., • Contribute to organizational harmonization across Europe., • Prepare the HR organization for progressive expansion into the Americas., • Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR processes and services. Role Scope • Geographical scope: Europe (France, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, and in the near future Poland and Israel) with progressive expansion to the Americas., • Business scope: Multiple legal entities including Dextra Europe, Bartec and Cergil., • Functional scope: Full Human Resources generalist responsibilities., • Key interfaces: Regional Director, Group CHRO, Global HR Centers of Excellence, Finance, Legal, external payroll providers and managers across the region., • Travel: Occasional travel across Europe, with increased travel as the Americas become part of the regional scope. Qualifications Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or equivalent., • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience in an international environment., • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination, employment law and Learning & Development., • Experience supporting multiple European countries is highly desirable., • Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken. Additional European languages (Italian ideally) are an advantage., • Proficient use of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HRIS and ERP systems at the level required for the position.
