Join us to help our customers and society accelerate the transition to a sustainable future The Role As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy, multi‑year roadmap, and commercial success of LEM’s Automotive Battery Management Systems (BMS) and On‑Board Chargers / HV‑LV DCDC converters portfolio. You will drive growth, profitability, and key customer wins, combining strong technical understanding, business insight and cross‑functional leadership to ensure successful market adoption and long‑term portfolio sustainability. What success looks like in 12-18 months : A funded, clearly articulated portfolio strategy with priority products on track to launch. Stronger pricing and positioning improve win rates and margins, supported by a consistent voice‑of‑customer with OEMs and Tier‑1s. Key Areas of Responsibility Product Strategy & Market analysis • Define a clear product vision and lead the annual 5‑year strategy cycle, • Build and prioritize multi‑year roadmaps based on market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and ROI, • Identify growth opportunities and innovation areas within power electronics and automotive electrification, conducting in‑depth market and competitive analysis, • Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and business case through development, launch, and end‑of‑life, • Support go‑to‑market activities, including positioning, pricing, and launch readiness, • Own portfolio financial performance (revenue, margins, profitability) and forecasts This position requires a strong ability to lead complex cross‑functional product launches, aligning multiple functions and senior stakeholders while driving execution and product management excellence. Profile • Master’s degree in Electronics / Power Electronics (MBA or business qualification a plus), • Strong technical capability to understand and discuss system/product architectures, sensing technologies (current/voltage/temperature), and customer applications, ability to translate application needs into clear product requirements, • Automotive experience; working knowledge of functional safety (e.g., ISO 26262) and requirements-driven development, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to technical and executive audiences, • Fluent in English; additional European language is an advantage, • Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%) What We Offer • A strategic, purpose‑driven role contributing directly to global electrification, • A human‑sized international company with strong engineering DNA, • Opportunities for learning, innovation, and leadership impact, • Competitive compensation and benefits
