Welcome to your new role, as our next Distribution Sales Manager (DSM) ! You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as: • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for our solar inverter and BESS products, • Identify, recruit, and manage a network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators, • Provide technical and sales training to channel partners on our inverter product line, • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies, • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for the channel partners, • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel partner activities, • Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest product improvements, • And many more. Who are you: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; MBA is a plus, • Fluency in French on at least C1 level or Native, English at least B2., • Minimum 3 years of experience in solar inverter sales or related solar energy products, • Proven track record in developing and managing successful sales channels, • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, particularly inverter and BESS technology, • Excellent understanding of the solar energy market, including regulations and incentives, • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships, • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite, • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time), • Driving license.
