We are seeking a Senior Inertial Sensor Product Development Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire product development and optimization of high-performance inertial MEMS sensors (gyros, IMUs).. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative MEMS sensors to mass production. To support our ambition, we are looking for a Senior CMOS Device for Quantum Engineer (Device Physics & Data Analytics) We are seeking a highly analytical CMOS Device for Quantum Device Engineer to bridge the gap between fundamental semiconductor physics and large-scale manufacturing data. In this role, you won’t just be looking at pass/fail metrics; you will be the "detective" of the silicon, using advanced statistical methods to explain the physical phenomena occurring within our CMOS processes tailored for Qubit constrain. Your tasks: • You will make Physical Characterization & Modeling: Analyze short-channel effects, gate leakage, mobility degradation, at room and cryo temperature. You will translate complex device physics into actionable insights for the process lots., • You will define Statistical Data Mining: Develop and implement automated data analysis pipelines to evaluate transistor performance across batches of wafers., • You will make Yield & Variation Analysis: Lead the investigation into "Root Cause Physics" for parametric shifts. You will use Python or JMP to correlate electrical performance with upstream process variations., • You will make TCAD Correlation: Work closely with the TCAD team to calibrate simulations against silicon data, ensuring that our physical models accurately reflect real-world hardware distributions. À ce titre, vous intervenez au cœur des activités de développement et d’optimisation technologique, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes épitaxie, process engineering et process intégration. Activités • Organiser et prioriser les demandes de caractérisation dans le respect des délais., • Préparer les échantillons (cross-sections, delayering, lames TEM…) à l’aide d’un FIB (Focused Ion Beam)., • Réaliser des analyses de caractérisation physique, notamment en microscopie électronique (FIB, SEM)., • Traiter et analyser les données issues des caractérisations., • Rédiger et diffuser les rapports selon les formats requis. Profil recherché • Formation Bac+2 minimum (type DUT Mesures Physiques)., • Expérience de 5 ans minimum en environnement semi-conducteurs, métrologie ou caractérisation matériaux., • Expérience impérative sur FIB., • Maîtrise des équipements de caractérisation (FIB, SEM)., • Anglais professionnel requis.
