Key Responsibilities • Lead and implement go-to-market strategies in coordination with product, application, and sales teams, • Collect and analyze market and customer insights to identify new opportunities and guide segmentation, • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support product positioning and adoption, • Plan and manage successful product launches in collaboration with product management and R&D, • Drive multi-channel demand generation programs for instruments and consumables, • Utilize digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, social media, AI) to boost visibility and revenue, • Partner with global and regional sales teams to support commercial engagement and enablement, • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and execution Candidate Profile • 5–7+ years of marketing experience in the scientific or analytical instrumentation industry, • Proven success leading marketing strategy and teams in a technical B2B environment, • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach, • Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally
