Working in a highly international environment, you will coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of on-site activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. • Manage all on-site installation and commissioning activities., • Coordinate with international stakeholders, contractors, and agencies across Europe, India, China, Korea, Russia, and Japan., • Oversee site administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance., • Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are met., • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required., • Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related activities., • Ensure effective communication between engineering teams, suppliers, and project management., • Prepare regular project reports and provide updates to management. | WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING ? • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field., • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Commissioning Manager on large-scale industrial, energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects., • Strong experience managing installation and commissioning activities., • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills in an international environment., • Good understanding of project documentation, administrative processes, and site compliance., • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities., • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken). Nice to Have • Experience in nuclear, energy, heavy industry, or large EPC projects., • Knowledge of international project environments and multicultural teams., • Familiarity with HSE standards and commissioning procedures. | What Is Employeneurship?
