What You'll Be Doing • Acting as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions, • Guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding and post‑onboarding process, • Conducting face‑to‑face customer meetings to promote adoption and ongoing engagement with various IT solutions, • Advising clients on best practices and optimization strategies, • Tracking data from onboarding to license activation to meet KPIs, • Using CRM systems for client-related activities Hybrid role: 3 days home office; Monday & Tuesday in office Salary: €1,687.26 gross per month + quarterly bonus We provide full support with relocation to Bulgaria, including flight and hotel accommodation. What We're Looking For • English and French at C1 level (written and spoken), • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction, • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
