We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Director to lead the deployment of a new biotechnological production line at a flagship pharmaceutical site in France You will drive strategic and technical project execution from requirements definition through equipment installation, qualification, and operational readiness. Key responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end program delivery (scope, schedule, budget, quality), • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, quality), • Translate user needs into technical specifications, • Oversee equipment qualification and GMP compliance, • Define KPIs, milestones, and reporting governance, • Support facility management planning and optimization Profile: • Engineering degree (industrial/process engineering preferred), • Strong biotech/pharma process experience, • Proven technical project/program leadership, • GMP environment experience, • Fluent English required (French strongly preferred) 🗓 Initial 6-month contract, renewable (project duration min. 2 years) 📩 Apply via DM or email for details.
