Who is the company and what is the context of the role? Our client is a large multinational and a renowned household name, recognized as a leader in its market. They are currently looking for a OneStream Lead Manager to oversee the application and drive the future expansion of the tool across various modules. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and complex international environment and to take part in an exciting OneStream project on a global scale. The position is based in Paris, with some flexibility. What will you be doing? As an OneStream Lead Manager, your responsibilities will include: • Overseeing the management and implementation of the OneStream sustainability and ESG modules, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements;, • Managing the internal users, supporting training, and ensuring effective governance of the platform;, • Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Sustainability to align OneStream capabilities with business needs;, • Acting as the primary contact for external partners, consultants, and the editor, managing relationships and requirements;, • Ensuring smooth integration of OneStream with other systems;, • Monitoring data quality, consistency, and reliability across all processes;, • Driving improvement of dashboards, reporting processes, ... to support the business decision-making;, • Staying up to date with OneStream products and proposing solutions to business challenges;, • Defining and driving the roadmap for future tool expansions across different group functionalities, … What skills and experience should you have? You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance and/or Information Systems and ideally have 10 years + of professional experience with EPM tools such as OneStream, SAP BFC, Tagetik, or HFM. You have a solid understanding of financial processes (consolidation, budgeting, planning, reporting), as well as proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. You are confident in engaging with stakeholders, including senior leadership, managing expectations and ensuring successful project delivery. You possess strong communication skills, are self-driven and autonomous, with a dynamic and proactive mindset.
