Your mission Based in Paris (hybrid), you will take ownership of People and Culture execution and HR Operations for Western Europe, with a focus on France and Morocco. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll run core HR operations where it counts, and you’ll increasingly act as a sparring partner for business leaders on key people decisions, especially talent acquisition. You’ll also work closely with Corporate HR functions (CPO, Talent and Development, HRIS and HR Service Center, Organizational Development) to ensure a consistent, scalable employee experience. Knowledge of French labour law and best practices is a must. You will be the go-to person to keep our people practices compliant, pragmatic, and fair. Your daily work Own HR Operations where it counts Own end to end HR operations for France and Morocco outside service center scope: documentation, employee data quality, process follow up, and coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors Drive smooth onboarding and offboarding, keep templates and employee files accurate, consistent, and compliant Make HR fundamentals reliable at scale: process discipline, timely updates, clean data, no surprises Identify friction across the employee lifecycle, simplify and standardize processes, and improve self service adoption without adding bureaucracy Partner leaders and teams Be a trusted partner to leaders across France and Morocco, coaching them through day to day people topics and key moments Support org effectiveness, team health, engagement, retention, and pragmatic workforce planning inputs Bring structure, fairness, and clarity to decision making, then drive follow-through Talent acquisition sparring partner Act as a sparring partner for business leaders on hiring needs, role clarity, and selection decisions Partner closely with Corporate HR and recruiting stakeholders to ensure hiring is high quality, compliant, and aligned with our standards Performance and talent execution Help run the performance cycle (objectives, check-ins, reviews) with strong execution and follow through Support development planning, internal mobility, and talent discussions with leaders Enable managers to lead confidently and handle performance topics cleanly and respectfully Employee relations and compliance Manage and support sensitive employee topics with calm judgement, strong documentation, and a solutions mindset Ensure local practices align with global standards while reflecting French labour law requirements and best practices Who you are • First solid experience in France as an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or Junior HRBP, with a strong interest in growing into broader partnering, • Strong, practical knowledge of French labour law and HR best practices is a must, • Comfortable owning HR administration and operational execution end to end, you enjoy making things work in reality, not just on paper, • Organized, discreet, reliable, and confident with demanding stakeholders, • Consulting or professional services exposure is a plus, it helps you thrive in a high pace, high standards environment, • Languages: fluent French and professional English.
