To support this growth, iCaur is building a strong operational structure in France and is recruiting talented professionals to join the adventure. Location: Courbevoie, France Main Responsibilities 📊 Market & Product Strategy • Conduct trend and customer behavior studies to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy., • Manage the lifecycle of Chery products to achieve business objectives., • Define customer requirements for the French market and translate them into product specifications, including:, • Model segmentation and equipment/features, • Pricing strategy & positioning, • Volume/model assumptions, • Color & trim definitions, • Continuously monitor competitor offerings (equipment/pricing/positioning) and update indexing tools., • Produce regular competitive analyses to support decision-making., • Contribute to positioning and pricing policy for the French market., • Participate in long-term portfolio planning., • Work closely with Marketing and agencies for product launches and promotional campaigns., • Ensure consistency and quality of product messaging and materials., • Lead product training for the distributor network., • Ensure alignment with Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. headquarters on product strategy and execution. Profile / Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field., • Solid experience in automotive product management or a similar role., • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, positioning, and pricing fundamentals., • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment., • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels., • Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong asset (role based in France)., • Self-starter, autonomous, able to manage multiple priorities.
