Senior AI Product Manager – Nexus Shopping Agent At Mirakl, we are building the future of commerce through an Agentic Commerce OS, where intelligent agents can search, reason, negotiate, and execute buying tasks across global e-commerce environments. The Nexus Shopping Agent is our Shopper-facing agent, helping shoppers find the right products, compare options, and complete complex purchases through natural language, voice or images. We’re hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the Nexus Shopping Agent across shopping, ads, and after-sales flows. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, retrieval systems, product data, multimodal AI, and e-commerce UX, ensuring the agent delivers accurate, trustworthy, high-impact shopper experiences across the full lifecycle. This is a hands-on role within the Nexus Product Team, focused on shaping the agent’s intelligence, behaviors, integrations, and front-/back-end capabilities. What you will do • Design end-to-end agent experiences across shopping, ads & after-sales, • Understand B2C/B2B user needs across search, discovery, comparison, sponsored content, and post-purchase support, • Define agent reasoning, conversational flows, and multimodal interactions for the full buyer journey, • Own the roadmap & deliver AI-powered product features, • Lead the roadmap for the Nexus Shopping Agent across shopping, ads, and after-sales, • Write clear specs (prompts, retrieval logic, APIs, UI flows) and drive execution with engineering, AI research & data science, • Shape and improve the agentic architecture, • Define how the agent uses LLMs, structured product data, sponsored listings, and e-commerce rules, • Contribute to retrieval/ranking pipelines and integrate core workflows (carting, eligibility, returns, order queries), • Build dashboards, monitoring & feedback systems, • Deliver customer-facing dashboards and configuration UI to visualize, tune, and monitor agent behavior, • Implement evaluation frameworks, quality monitoring, and feedback loops, • Drive adoption & cross-functional collaboration, • Partner with PMM, CS & SE to create demos, training, and onboarding for customers adopting agentic experiences, • Collaborate across Nexus, Search, Catalog Transformer, Connect, Ads & After-Sales teams, • 5+ years of Product Management experience in AI products, • Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompting, structured reasoning, and retrieval systems, • Experience with AI/ML teams on model evaluation, tuning, and reliability monitoring, • Strong familiarity with e-commerce, shopping flows, ads systems, or after-sales workflows, • Comfortable writing specs for AI logic, conversational flows, ranking rules, APIs, data pipelines, and front-end configuration tools, • Analytical, experimentation-driven mindset Paris, Bordeaux, or Remote (France) Interview Process • A 40-minute call with one of our Tech Recruiters to discuss your background, expectations, and what Mirakl can offer, • A 30-minute interview with Anne-Claire, our Chief Data & AI Officer, to dive into your vision and alignment with our AI strategy, • A one-hour technical interview with our Data Science Manager to assess your expertise and how your skills can accelerate our AI initiatives, • Two 45-minute interviews with our Engineering Manager and Product Lead to evaluate collaboration style, mindset, and culture fit 🎥 Featured Videos & Conferences (Gen)AI at the Heart of Mirakl's Product Anne-Claire Baschet, Chief Data & AI Officer at Mirakl, discusses the journey from design to deployment of the Catalog Transformer, highlighting the integration of GenAI into Mirakl's core products. 📺 Watch here: ___ Building and Scaling an AI Product in a SaaS Solution Fanny Guélin and Arthur Delaitre from Mirakl present at Apidays Paris 2024, discussing the development and scaling of AI products within a SaaS framework, with a focus on the Catalog Transformer.
