OFFER STRATEGY DIRECTOR Reporting to the VP of Offer Strategy, the Offer Strategy Director defines, designs and drives the offering strategy for manufacturing markets and customer segments worldwide. Together with your team, you will create and enhance offerings built on existing products (machinery, software, data and services) to make them more compelling for prospects and customers. You will define business models and pricing in consultation with Executive Management. You will work alongside Product and R&D teams to guide the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring developments stay aligned with market expectations and the defined strategy. You will also collaborate with Go-To-Market teams (Sales, CSM and Growth Marketing) to ensure consistency across the sales pitch and leadgen strategy. You will build strong relationships with peers across departments at a global level, as well as with local teams, to sharpen your strategic thinking and build compelling proposals for Executive Management. YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Define and drive the offering strategy by market and segment: • Identify priority segments based on market potential, challenges and alignment with the Group’s strategic roadmap, • Define buyer personas and value propositions for each target, • Manage associated offerings and their business models:, • Recommend the optimal offering mix (hardware, services, software, data), • Develop value propositions for each component, • Propose monetisation models and pricing, balancing competitive dynamics, profitability targets and customer value Guide the product and Go-to-Market teams • Formalise the offering strategy to guide product roadmaps and the distribution of value across products within an offering, • Develop and share enablement materials so GTM teams can independently promote, market and roll out offerings to target customers Drive value, pricing and performance throughout the lifecycle of offers • Define and refine monetisation and pricing models for existing offers, • Develop new offers by identifying revenue opportunities and optimising pricing, • Analyse revenue, margins and installed base to optimise offerings and anticipate profitability and future developments, • Present recommendations and trade-offs to the Executive Committee where necessary, • Deploy and manage contract updates for each market, • Collaborate closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams throughout Managing a team • Lead a team of 3, organised by market, • Define each team member’s responsibilities in line with the priorities and challenges of their market, • Support and encourage team members, and actively invest in their professional development, • Champion process automation, including through AI, to enhance team efficiency and workflows, • Foster a high level of commitment, performance and value creation — both individually and collectively YOUR PROFILE • ~8–10+ years of experience in offer strategy, pricing, or product strategy, ideally in tech, SaaS, AI, or a consulting firm, • A background in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a strong plus, • Extensive expertise in designing sophisticated offers, business models and pricing strategies, • Strong customer focus, with proven ability to operate effectively in international and matrix environments, • Authentic leadership style with hands-on experience managing and developing teams, • Excellent communicator, able to engage at all levels and present persuasive recommendations to senior stakeholders, • Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, impactful presentations, • Team player with strong organisational and planning skills, • Fluent in English Travel to subsidiaries is expected on occasion (10 to 15%)
