To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, international, and stylish Paris office. You Will • Support the coordination of luxury travel inquiries throughout the full booking process, reporting directly to Senior Luxury Experience Designers, • Assist in managing complete itineraries, including ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences, • Communicate with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and international partners under the guidance of senior team members, • Contribute to the preparation of tailor-made itineraries and proposals for elite clientele, • Support the maintenance of professional relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, • Use BeConcierge CRM to create, update, and track bookings, products, and contacts, • Assist with pricing, quotations, and follow-ups to support conversion and performance objectives, • Work closely with the team to help resolve client requests and issues efficiently and professionally, • Collect and share client feedback with senior team members to support continuous service improvement You Are • Fluent in English; French and additional languages are a strong advantage, • Passionate about luxury travel, lifestyle, and high-end service, • Based in Paris or the surrounding area (this is a fully in-office position), • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Comfortable with basic calculations; pricing and costing knowledge is a plus, • Previous experience, internships, or a strong interest in the travel, hospitality, or luxury service industry, • Positive, proactive, and client-focused, with a strong willingness to learn, • Motivated, polished, and eager to grow professionally within an international, high-performance environment We Offer • A starting salary of €33,000-35,000 gross per year, plus performance-based incentives, • Company-provided MacBook and iPhone, • An excellent opportunity to begin a career within a leading international B2B luxury travel brand, • A dynamic, multicultural team of experienced travel professionals, • An inspiring work environment in the heart of Paris (13th arrondissement), • Ongoing learning, training, and exposure to exceptional client experiences, • Clear opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development Location Requirement Candidates must already reside in Paris or the surrounding area.
