As we continue our rapid expansion, we're seeking a dynamic and highly experienced CRM Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Paris. This senior role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic client engagement, deep technical expertise, and robust project leadership. You will play a crucial part in supporting and customizing our proprietary CRM software, PartsVelocity, ensuring its stability, performance, and optimal use by our clients while guiding complex projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Client & Requirements Management:, • Act as the primary client interface, working closely with automotive clients to deeply understand their complex business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements, comprehensive solution designs, and robust project documentation., • Develop and communicate strategic solution proposals that effectively meet client business objectives and align with our product roadmap., • Advanced CRM Expertise & Support, • Provide expert-level business and administrative support to users of the CRM platform, addressing complex queries and optimizing workflows., • Conduct rigorous functional and UAT testing of implemented applications and provide advanced production support for critical issues., • Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of new and extensively changed processes., • Effectively plan and execute smooth transition activities for newly implemented functionality to relevant operational and support teams., • Provide specialized post-implementation support and conduct advanced user training sessions. Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum of 8 years of extensive CRM implementation experience, with a proven track record working with enterprise-level software such as Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar industry-recognized platforms., • Deep functional expertise in CRM is critical, demonstrating a thorough understanding of CRM principles, processes (sales, marketing, service automation), and best practices., • Solid understanding of automotive industry operations, including distribution logistics and sales team operations., • Degree in a computing related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and significant experience., • Bi-lingual proficiency in French and English is a mandatory requirement., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with highly developed interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with C-level stakeholders and technical teams alike., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)., • Demonstrated ability to deep-dive into intricate details with a view to proactively solve complex issues, develop innovative new ideas, and add significant value to existing functions., • Superior ability to multi-task, manage multiple competing priorities/workflows, and work effectively under pressure., • Outstanding client management and relationship-building skills., • Proven experience working effectively with remote and offshore development teams.
