Your mission Accelerate Transatel’s Growth in the DACH Region Market Research • Identify and qualify prospects across key IoT (mobility, transportation, agriculture, etc.), • Map the DACH ecosystem, including: o Industrial players (OEMs, mid-sized companies, large enterprises) o System integrators and technology partners o Trade shows and professional events • Structure and consolidate market insights to support Transatel’s commercial strategy in the region Business Development • Contribute to B2B prospecting activities (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups), • Use data and AI based tools for lead research, enrichment, and qualification, • Adapt outreach messages to the cultural and business specificities of the DACH market, • Gradually gain autonomy on: o Client meetings o Product demos o Workshops with Transatel and NTT teams • Support the preparation and follow up of trade shows and industry events Sales Enablement • Contribute to the preparation of: o Sales presentations o Client proposals o Competitive analyses • Update and maintain internal tools, including CRM systems (HubSpot / Pipedrive) Your profile Soft Skills • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, • Autonomous while able to work effectively within a team, • Well organized and detail oriented, • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different cultural and business contexts, • Comfortable taking initiative and progressively gaining responsibility Languages • Fluent German (mandatory), • Professional English (required), • French is a plus Prerequisites • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, international studies, or an equivalent program, • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment, • Strong interest in new technologies, IoT, and digital solutions, • Solid analytical mindset, with a structured and rigorous approach to work, • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong motivation to contribute to business growth What we offer you • Immersion in a global IoT team (Transatel + NTT), • A hyper-dynamic and culturally rich market, • Participation in strategic sales cycles, • Direct contacts with major players in DACH, • A position where you can really influence strategy, • Accelerated skills development (sales + tech + AI) Our recruitment process : At Transatel, we strive to have an efficient global process to finalize our recruitments as quickly as possible (around 3 weeks).
