Envu is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified in the U.S., France and India (June 2025 – June 2026) FUNCTION: Commercial EMEA LATAM LOCATION: Lyon, France JOB TYPE: Temporary (12 months) JOB GRADE: 6 GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Support the development of the Pest Professional management (PPM) & Stored Grain (SG) business in Ghana, Senegal and other African countries if needed. The Junior Sales Representative will help grow the customer base, support distributors, conduct field visits, and contribute to achieving sales targets YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: • Sales Support & Market Development: Assist in identifying new customers and sales opportunities. Support the execution of country-level sales plans. Help maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on leads., • Drive new launches in PPM and SG, • Customer & Distributor Support: Maintain regular communication with distributors and partners. Support training sessions and product demonstrations. Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and collect feedback Performance management: achieve quarterly and annual sales. Manage forecasts. Follow up on payments., • Operational & Administrative Support: Prepare commercial offers, basic forecasts, and sales reports. Monitor orders, deliveries, and customer satisfaction. Support the collection of payments and follow up when needed, • Market & Product Understanding: Gather insights into competitors, pricing, and market trends. Learn and master the company’s portfolio of PPM & SG solutions. Share field feedback with internal teams (Marketing, Supply, Regulatory). ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Agronomy, Agriculture, Commercial Management, or equivalent, • 1–3 years of experience in sales, field support, or customer-facing roles., • Fluent in English and French; local languages are an asset., • Autonomous, organized, and comfortable managing multi‑country responsibilities., • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication., • Results‑driven with solid commercial acumen., • Organized, proactive, and comfortable traveling frequently., • Basic negotiation skills; driven by sales results and customer success.
