YOUR FUTURE TEAM You will join the Europe Sales & Account Management team, a strategic pillar of Dayuse’s growth. Led by Maud (EMEA Director), the team’s mission is to build and scale solid partnerships with hospitality players across the continent. You will operate in a truly international environment where collaboration and best-practice sharing are key to achieving excellence. YOUR IMPACT As an Account Manager Lead, you are the architect of Dayuse’s success in the UK market. Your role is highly strategic: you will directly manage our Key Accounts (major hotel groups and high-volume partners) and define the growth roadmap for the UK market. Evolution: This role is designed for rapid growth. While you will start as an individual contributor, you are expected to mentor a team of junior Account Managers in the future. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSIONS • Manage a strategic portfolio: You will oversee and grow a portfolio of hotel partners in the rapidly expanding North American market., • Act as a true consultant: You will negotiate the best offers, rates, and availability with key decision-makers (Revenue Managers, Hotel Directors) to maximize their revenue through Dayuse., • Leverage the data: You will create and analyze insightful Business Reviews (KPIs via Tableau) to provide strategic recommendations and demonstrate the value of our partnership., • Build relationships of trust: You will establish productive and lasting relationships with your partners across various markets and cities., • Deploy high-value projects: You will identify and activate growth opportunities in your market, such as rolling out new offers or payment solutions., • Grow your portfolio: manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing., • Ensure clear and effective reporting: You will track your performance and your market's activity, reporting weekly to the Regional Director. YOUR GOALS FOR A SUCCESSFUL START • Within 3 months: You will have full command of your portfolio, implement rigorous reporting, and know how to prioritize your actions for immediate impact., • Within 6 months: You will be the recognized expert for your market. You'll identify opportunities, define offers and pricing that convert, and establish yourself as the go-to reference., • Within 12 months: You will develop a strategic vision for your market, proposing and leading innovative projects (e.g., specific offers, new services) by collaborating with internal teams to bring them to life. YOUR PROFILE • Experience: You have 7 to 10 years of experience in Account Management, ideally within the Travel Tech (OTA, PMS, Revenue Management), Hospitality industry or SaaS., • High-level negotiator: You are comfortable interacting with C-level stakeholders and managing complex, long-term sales cycles., • Data-Driven: You are fluent in data analysis (Tableau experience is a plus) and know how to translate numbers into actionable business plans., • Managerial ambition: You have previously mentored peers or possess a strong natural aptitude for leadership and team structuring., • Languages: Native-level fluency in English (working language) and professional proficiency in French., • Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment where proactivity and "thinking outside the box" are rewarded.
