Head Chef/Kitchen Manager
Rate of pay: up to £15.50 per hour
Are you a chef with at least one year's experience leading a kitchen in a casual dining restaurant or a sous chef in a traditional kitchen looking for a new challenge. Are you confident and motivated? We are looking for someone to lead the kitchen at Tonkotsu East.
Tonkotsu began serving ramen in 2012 in Soho. We have a few more restaurants now but our approach to our food and people is the same - we're passionate about providing excellent ramen with our homemade noodles made and served by well paid, well trained and happy people. As a Head Ramen Chef you are the person who manages your kitchen and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen including service, stock control and managing and developing chefs.
