Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor the market in real time and track relevant opportunities
Maintain accurate records of all operations and support internal reporting
Conduct in-depth analysis of market movements, news, on-chain data, and other signals
Actively participate in daily discussions and collective strategy refinement
Support team workflows in line with established approaches
Continuously study the market and develop skills through internal training
Requirements:
Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and financial markets
Solid analytical skills and ability to work with data
Discipline, attention to detail, and responsibility
Ability to stay calm in volatile market conditions
Readiness to work in a team and accept feedback
No trading experience required — we specifically hire people without experience and teach everything from scratch
