Pastry Chef de Partie – 1 Lombard Street
1 Lombard Street is a European brasserie situated inside a beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of the City. Established in 1998, this grand old venue consists of the 1 Lombard Street Brasserie, 1776 Restaurant, and the impressive Dome Bar, plus Private Dining Rooms. For over 20 years, 1 Lombard Street has been where the City meets for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our busy team.
The successful Pastry Chef de Partie will be open-minded, ambitious, energetic and ready to Learn.
Previous experience in high volume is an advantage.
The above role is to support the Head and Sous Chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen, including food production, stock and staff management.
Mise en place and setting up your section for service.
Ordering and stock rotation for your section.
Following instructions from the Head and sous chef during service.
Producing food following recipes and instruction.
Making sure all procedures in your section is in line with the company’s Food safety rules.
Cleaning and closing down your section.
