OmniPA is UK and South Africa based Virtual Assistant service company, specialising in providing PA and Marketing support. We are looking for creative, confident self-starters from a variety of backgrounds, from Customer Service and Executive Assistance, to Marketing and Social Media, who have what it takes to work remotely with small business owners or corporates on a day-to-day basis. We are continuously looking for experienced individuals who have the confidence to work directly with their client in a remote capacity to proactively support them and keep them organised. Requirements: Do you have a minimum of 2/3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations or Project Management? Do you speak English and a second language to a native level. French, Portuguese, Swahili will be advantageous Have you worked from home as a freelancer or on a flexible basis before? Are available during UK and SA office hours? You are not in full-time employment or part-time work based in an physical office space.
