LEAD CLIMBERS: You will be required to undertake a variety of different tree works such as: - Large Fells - Large Reductions - Hedge trimming - Pollarding - Grinding - Mewp work You will be in charge of keeping yourself and team safe, ensuring you and your team are working safe and work is completed. A clean full driving licence is preferred however not required. NPTC or equivalent tickets relevant to your role will be essential. Diplomas and other more advanced training are an advantage. SEOND CLIMBERS: You will required to undertake a variety of different tree works such as: - Fells - Reductions - Hedge trimming - Pollarding Competent at ground based rigging operations. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. A realistic understanding that everyone drags branches and cleans up. 2+ years climbing experience. A solid foundation in tree climbing technique. Able to carry out medium sized reductions and take downs safely and effectively.
