We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team from the end of June. Initially, you will be based on La Terrazza, our seasonal outdoor dining destination, serving guests in a lively and elegant al fresco environment before transitioning into the main restaurant later in the year. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bartender who enjoys creating exceptional drinks, engaging with guests, and working in a premium hospitality setting. The Role As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding beverage service whilst creating memorable guest experiences. You will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards, ensuring every drink reflects the quality and personality of Sale e Pepe Mare. Working closely with the Bar Manager and wider front-of-house team, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the warmth and sophistication of Italian hospitality.
