As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive paid media performance across the UK and European markets. About the role: We’re seeking a results-driven Paid Media Manager who can own and scale our paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital channels. This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who loves strategy, hands-on execution, data-driven optimisation and shaping the future of a paid media function. You’ll work closely with our design and marketing teams, mentor junior specialists, and have a clear growth pathway toward Head of Paid Media. What you will be doing: • Managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other paid platforms., • Leading and supporting a small team of social media specialists., • Collaborating with designers to produce high-impact creatives., • Owning budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and ROI optimisation., • Monitoring trends and implementing innovative paid media tactics., • Producing performance reports and actionable insights., • Identifying new growth opportunities to scale revenue and improve ROAS., • Supporting leadership in shaping broader digital marketing strategies. What you will bring: • 3+ years of agency experience (must)., • Strong hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads., • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver performance improvements., • Confident communicator with experience presenting strategy & results., • Analytical, organised, and passionate about data-driven optimisation. Nice to haves!: • Experience with DSP, Amazon Ads, or TV ad buying., • Google Ads Certifications., • Experience collaborating with creative teams on digital campaigns.
