Role Product Specialist OrthoSpine UK Function The Product Specialist OrthoSpine will provide high-level technical and scientific support to the commercial team and healthcare professionals within the assigned UK territory. The role is responsible for promoting the clinical and technical value of Orthospine product portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales performance through in-depth knowledge of the medical device market. Key Responsibilities Technical Support • Serve as the technical expert on Orthospine products, providing accurate and timely information to both internal stakeholders and external clients., • Respond to technical inquiries and provide problem-solving support in clinical settings., • Support the commercial team during customer meetings and product presentations by highlighting technical specifications and clinical benefits., • Gather and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services., • Monitor product performance and contribute to the evaluation of commercial strategies by providing relevant technical data and market insights., • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities within the Orthospine sector. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, acting as a trusted technical liaison before, during, and after product adoption., • Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with compliance policies, as well as applicable legal and regulatory standards., • Manage administrative duties including field activity reports, training documentation, and budget tracking., • Support communication with customers regarding payment processes to ensure timely transactions. Required Qualifications • University degree in a scientific or technical discipline., • Proven knowledge of the medical device market, specifically within the Orthospine segment., • Previous experience in operating room settings and/or healthcare environments., • Residency in the United Kingdom and availability for frequent travel nationwide. Reports to the International Sales & Marketing Manager Technical & Professional Skills Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools. Strong organizational, relational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach.
