This is a predominantly site-based role, with remote working between inspections, allowing you to manage your own diary while supporting residential property management clients across Greater London and the surrounding areas.You will produce detailed risk assessment reports, provide practical advice on compliance and remedial actions, and help clients meet their obligations under current fire safety and health & safety legislation. You will also attend client meetings where required, peer review assessments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and British Standards.
