We are seeking a Part-time Senior Aesthetic Receptionist to join our friendly expanding team. We are a small independent clinic based in Waterloo, London. The successful candidate must be able to work every Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday afternoons (with an opportunity for more hours after probation) and ideally has some basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments. Up to £12 per hour (depending on experience) Responsibilities (but are not limited to): - Assist patients with booking, cancelling or rescheduling when necessary - Effectively support the practitioners - Participate in daily administrative duties such as getting patient files, email enquiries, updating files etc - Keeping the shop floor clean Requirements: - Must have a positive can do attitude, friendly & excellent customer service skills - Attention to detail - Must have previous experience in an aesthetic clinic (or similar) - Must be able to work on Mondays and Saturdays - Must be reliable and act with integrity - Must be a quick learner who can absorb and implement information - Must be self motivated and able to perform tasks without supervision - Must have a general interest for the aesthetic / skin care industry - Must be able to work effectively under pressure - Knowledge of Phorest software (Desirable) Please note: This is a self employed position. *** Please do not apply if you do not have experience working in aesthetic clinic or similar.
