Key Responsibilities • Prepare and execute Lombardian pasta dishes including pizzoccheri, casoncelli, and fresh egg pasta, • Produce thin-crust pizza in the northern Italian style, • Assist with signature Milanese dishes such as osso buco, cotoletta alla Milanese, and risotto alla Milanese, • Support the Head Chef with kitchen operations, ordering, and quality control, • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times, • Assist in training junior kitchen staff Requirements • 2–3 years' experience in an Italian kitchen; knowledge of northern Italian cuisine an advantage, • Strong fresh pasta skills with familiarity with regional Lombardian varieties, • Experience with thin-crust pizza preparation, • Ability to perform calmly under pressure during busy service, • Right to work in the UK

About the Role Working in a fast-paced food production environment, successful candidates will support the preparation, handling and production of food to high standards of quality, hygiene and efficiency.
